We have solid legal grounds for processing such type of personal data – both our legitimate interest to conduct our recruitment process and to process it in order to take steps at the request of data subject prior to entering into a contract (labour contract).

However, at any time you may request from us to erase it and we will do so, unless you are already employed at R&D Solutions.
