Once we’re familiar with the layout, we’ll start working with you to create a specific plan for each step along the way. Your IT portfolio and dependencies between applications will be considered as we decide which on-premise applications to migrate and choose the best strategy to do so. Figuring out the most appropriate approach to migrate – one by one, all in or a hybrid approach – can be tricky but we’ll help you make an informed decision based on facts and figures. At this stage, you also get a recommendation about the appropriate time to implement the plan and a project timeline.
