Site Reliability Engineer
Keep in-scope platforms healthy, observable and fast to recover.
What you'll do
- Own reliability for a set of services
- Build and tune dashboards, alerts and SLOs
- Lead P0/P1 incident response, then run the root-cause investigation
- Turn every incident into automation or a better runbook
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades with tested rollback
What we look for
- Strong Linux and AWS fundamentals
- Kubernetes in production
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Observability tooling (metrics, logs, tracing — e.g. ELK, Grafana, CloudWatch)
- Calm, methodical judgement during incidents
- Good written English
DevOps Engineer
Build the pipelines and automation the operations lane runs on.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Provision and tear down environments through code
- Automate configuration, upgrades and recovery paths
- Improve deployment safety and rollback
- Keep cloud spend under control
What we look for
- AWS at depth
- Containers and Kubernetes
- Terraform or equivalent IaC
- Pipeline tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar)
- Scripting in Python, Bash or Go
- A bias for deleting manual steps
IT Analyst
Make sure the right work reaches the right people, with the facts attached.
What you'll do
- Triage and route incoming requests and incidents
- Run service-management workflows and change coordination
- Keep runbooks and documentation accurate and current
- Produce SLA, incident and governance reporting
- Be the connective tissue between client teams and engineers
What we look for
- Service management experience (ITIL-style process)
- Analytical rigour and comfort with dashboards and data
- Clear written English — you will write things clients read
- Solid grasp of cloud and platform concepts
- Organised under pressure
