We had a number in-house developers working on various products, but found ourselves needing to scale up our development. We needed help particularly on technical operations—what we call tech ops—and backend infrastructure.

R&D Solutions provided supplemental backend development support, helping build various internal systems. They also helped transition client data to the Cloud / AWS environment.
